The Functions of a family are to provide shelter, clothing, and food and keep its members healthy.
Processes that support those functions might include cleaning the house, sewing a button on a shirt,making dinner, and taking the kids to the dentist.

• Be able to understand and create UML diagrams: Unified Modeling Language
• Be able to identify the inputs, outputs, processes, performance, and controls of a system
• Explain and give examples of scalability
• Name and describe some of the fact finding techniques such as interviews, questionnaires, and observation.
